Howling Hills comprises three distinctive sectors: the Upper City, Middle City, and Lower City. Each sector boasts its own unique attractions, yet safety varies across the city.

The Upper City is home to numerous exclusive shops, its protective veil exceptionally robust.
THE SECTORS
The Lower City, with its picturesque views and wooded expanses, lies perilously close to the Veil's edge. This area tends to be more hazardous, teeming with heightened supernatural activity and beings. Having succumbed to The Corrupt some time ago, those who have attempted to rebuild the Lower City aim to restore it to its former glory.

The Middle City, though slightly gritty, offers a plethora of recreational activities. The veil here is not as formidable, allowing for a greater presence of supernatural activities.
